Eagles was developed to help address the high unemployment and underemployment levels prevalent in east London. It is a flagship social mobility programme for the East London Business Alliance (ELBA), a charity founded in 1989 with the aim of addressing social deprivation in all its guises.
Eagles is a six-month, paid graduate development programme. It’s a unique opportunity for you as a recent graduate to join a top London firm, and gain up to three weeks of inclusive training, giving you the tools and experience you need to build a career in the City.
As I was tasked to create the complete identity for Eagles, I made sure it was bold yet bright and straightforward to attract the target audience.
